Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos isn't just passionate about dentistry; he's passionate about its transformative power. Graduating from Melbourne University in 1995, Joe has been specializing in implant dentistry since 2002, honing his skills through a prestigious residency at UCLA in 2009. Dr. Joe isn’t just technically skilled but also a dedicated contributor to the field. He actively participates in the Australasian Osseointegration Society and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry, constantly seeking ways to advance the profession. He masterfully combines the cutting-edge All-on-4® technique with cosmetic dentistry principles, crafting smiles that not only function flawlessly but also radiate confidence and self-esteem. Outside of work, you will find Dr. Joe cheering on his team, the Melbourne Football Club. His truest joy, however, lies in his role as a devoted husband and father to three daughters.

Dr.   Jeff   Mok’s   journey   in   dentistry   is   a   testament   to   his  commitment   to   excellence   and   lifelong   learning. Graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1996, Jeff has stayed abreast with the latest advancements in dentistry as well as delving into specialised areas such as orthodontics (clear aligners and fixed braces) and implant dentistry.

With almost thirty years of experience you can be assured you are in safe hands when you see Dr. Jeff. Beyond his clinical expertise Dr. Jeff’s genuine concern for patients extends to establishing enduring connections with individuals and families. Dr. Jeff’s approach transforms each dental visit into an experience that nurtures trust and comfort guided by his warm and caring demeanour.Outside of work you will find Dr. Jeff on the golf course, cycling around the beautiful sites of Victoria or enjoying the many culinary delights Melbourne has to offer.

Dr. Martin Nguyen is a compassionate dentist known for his caring and empathetic demeanour. He prioritises taking the time to genuinely connect with his patients, fostering a sense of trust and comfort.

Graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry and a Master of Dentistry, Dr. Martin has worked in private practices in regional Victoria and Melbourne. During this time, he has gained a wealth of knowledge in both general and cosmetic dentistry. Dedicated to staying current with best clinical practices, Dr. Martin has completed courses in porcelain veneers, therapeutic injectables for temporomandibular disorders, and most recently, a postgraduate diploma in clear aligner orthodontics. Outside of work, you will often find Martin enjoying the famous Melbourne food and coffee scene or catching up with friends and family with his giant fluff ball of a groodle named Toast.

Nicole is a seasoned professional with over two decades of service at Kew Dentistry. Nicole plays a pivotal role in supporting both dentists and staff to ensure the highest level of patient care. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos, and their three daughters. Nicole will also be at the helm of the new Aria Skin Clinic, which will soon provide additional skin and dermal treatments to our patients at Kew.

Kass, a team member since 2020, works alongside Dr. Joe as one of his main surgical nurses. Known for her bubbly personality, she is a reassuring presence through your treatment experience at Kew.
Outside of work, Kass is enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being involved in local AFLW and playing with her cat Nala.

Courtney, our front desk coordinator since 2022, brings over 7 years of experience in the dental industry. Renowned for her great sense of humor, she is the bubbly and warm individual that greets you on your arrival.

As a skilled multitasker and problem-solver, Courtney handles inquiries from our over 19,500 patients. Outside work, she enjoys traveling the world, spending time with family and friends, and her cat Henry.

Claudia joined the Kew Dentistry family in 2003. Always bubbly and up for a chat, she loves building genuine connections with patients while offering great support in person and over the phone with patients who are a little anxious, always taking the time to put patients minds at ease. 
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys going to the gym, catching up with friends and spending time with her family.

Wanting to explore her passion for skin wellness, Eleni completed a certificate in dermal therapy. Eleni will be working alongside Nicole to provide non-invasive treatment that brings out the best in your skin and challenge the natural ageing process. A self-confessed gym junkie, you often will find Eleni at reformer pilates or strength training classes.

Thuy joined Kew Dentistry as Dr. Joe's surgical nurse in late 2021. Bringing a wealth of experience in the dental industry.

Thuy holds both a certificate III & IV in dental nursing. A natural early riser you can
often find, Thuy going on morning walks with her German Sheppard Merlot.

Shinead is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional. Her smile reflects the quality of patient care she’s providing as well as the degree of valuable support to her colleagues. Shinead’s professional
experience has been expanded in surgical cases. She’s always confident and knowledgeable. In her free time, Shinead is enjoying golf, spending time on the beach and she’s a great fan of Hello Kitty.

Zoe is comfortably working as part of the KD team as well as individually. She’s always willing to learn and understand  
more   about   the   science   behind dentistry.

Zoe   has   the   ability   to   maintain   a   calm
environment and comfort any nervous patients. Experienced in a wide variety of dental procedures, she’s capable for responding quickly to the dentists’ requests. Zoe likes sports, camping and arts. She’s always gentle and calm.

Francesca commenced working at Kew Dentistry in 2020, assisting in all aspects of the practice. Francesca’s compassionate, lovable, and driven personality is a massive attribute to the Kew Dentistry team. Throughout her time at Kew Dentistry, Francesca has grown a passion for the dental field, as she strives to become a future dentist during her studies. Outside of the dental field, Francesca loves to spend time with her friends and family. In particular, she loves to cook traditional Italian dishes with her grandparents.

Phil (or Greeny) is a unique Aussie personality and a great colleague to all Kew Dentistry employees. He offers a great experience to the practice, always open to dialogue, analytical, respectful, and genuinely concerned for the ongoing growth and development of our healthcare organization. Mr. Green enjoys his Scotch whiskey every Friday night. He is a dedicated human and a senior friend behind the scenes to the Kew Dentistry management team.

Nicholas   serves   as   a   Health   Organisation   Manager   at  Kew Dentistry.

A  seasoned   healthcare   and business professional, Nicholas holds an MA in International Politics and Economics from the University of Leeds and an Executive MBA from Leeds Beckett University.

Nicholas works closely with business partners and the Kew Dentistry team on new developments that seek to provide an elevated level of patient   care.   In his free time Nicholas   enjoys  gym  or   listening   to podcasts   over   a   good  coffee   and dessert.

Working with some of the best dental specialists to fine-tune his skills, Brent brings the art of Dental Prosthetics to our dedicated on-site laboratory. A focus on his field has brought him around the world to train, including a tutorship under Master Dental Technician Jurge Stuck. With over a decade of experience, Kew Dentistry benefits from Brent’s focus on All-on-4® dentistry. His meticulous attention to detail gives you the perfect smile!
