All-on-4® in Kew

The All-on-4® procedure is an innovative solution for replacing an entire mouth of teeth. Brought to Australia by Dr Alex Fibishenko, the procedure involves the replacement of all teeth based on only four dental implants. All-on-4® often avoids any bone grafting because the back implants are titled, which provides the support needed for full-mouth rehabilitation. Treatment is rapid and efficient, taking just 2-3 days to complete.

The All-on-4® procedure is minimally invasive, using keyhole surgery and avoiding bone grafting to minimise costs and maximise efficiency. This allows the patient to speak and eat easily after treatment.

Kew Dentistry holds a partnership with Dr Fibishenko, so we are recognised as an expert All-on-4® clinic. Dr Joe Xanthopoulos is a specialist in the All-on-4® procedure, and is one of the few dentists selected to work with Dr Fibishenko.

An Immediate Solution for Full-mouth Rehabilitation

Commonly, All-on-4® is used to rehabilitate patients with severely decayed teeth, or to minimise the effects of gum disease. However, All-on-4® may also treat conditions including loose dentures or failed root canal.

If you suffer from:

  • A collapse of the bite due to wear, missing teeth or erosions
  • Advanced gum disease
  • Extensive decay
  • Failed root canal treatment
  • Failing crowns or bridges
  • Multiple missing teeth
  • Teeth that have deteriorated
  • Uncomfortable or loose dentures

Then All-on-4® dental implants might be the perfect solution!

All-on-4® Plus

Pioneered by Kew Dentistry partner Dr Alex Fibishenko, All-on-4® Plus allows for additional procedures to be performed alongside All-on-4®. This can include additional implants, bone grafting, soft tissue repositioning and more. These procedures increase comfort, aesthetics and teeth function, and ensure we can give you the smile you always wanted.

All-on-4® FAQs

General anaesthetic and intravenous sedation are available. With general anaesthetic, you’ll be sleeping during the entire procedure. Intravenous sedation places you in a relaxed, but conscious state. We strive to keep the treatment as pain-free as possible.

This minimally invasive procedure uses keyhole surgery with no bone grafting, minimising the costs and allowing you to speak and eat normally after treatment. All-on-4® devices are easy to keep clean with regular brushing and special flossing tools.

All-on-4® can also help prevent further jawbone deterioration and give immediate results using fewer implants.

Absolutely no one has been turned away from an All-on-4® procedure at Kew Dentistry. Even if you’ve let your teeth go or have had bone grafting in the past, our dental team are confident there is a way to give you the smile you’ve always wanted.

Our Kew Dentistry dentists offer All-on-4® Plus, which allows for additional procedures such as bone grafting, soft tissue repositioning, additional implants and more. We aim to satisfy your needs in comfort, function and aesthetics.
