The term All-On-4 Plus® refers to the replacement of ALL teeth ON FOUR dental implants. This modern technique involves tilting the back implants at a 45-degree angle to provide exceptional support for comprehensive rehabilitation.

Kew Dentistry is a boutique dental clinic founded by Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos.
Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1995. He began performing implant surgery in 2002.
In 2009, he completed an advanced clinical residency at UCLA Implant Dentistry and became a member of the Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry.
Shortly after his residency, Dr. Xanthopoulos joined the All-On-4 Plus® team as a foundation member. In 2014, he built his own general anesthetic facilities, making Kew an innovative dental hub and a location with an onsite surgical facilities.
Dr. Xanthopoulos is highly committed to continuing his scientific lifelong learning journey and keeping up with the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology. He is also a proud member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA).

The All-On-4 Plus® dental implant procedure is a solution for replacing a complete set of teeth.
This technique entails replacing all teeth in an arch, either the top or bottom, with four dental implants.
- The procedure is generally shorter in duration, usually taking about 2-4 hours depending on specific, personal needs and requirements.
- Can usually be performed in patients with diabetes, osteoporosis or other health conditions that often provide contraindications for bone grafting. Medical clearance is required*

During your initial consultation for All-On-4 Plus® implants, Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos will conduct a thorough oral examination and engage in detailed discussions about your individual case. Utilising comprehensive CBCT scans, our expert team will craft a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
Following this consultation and medical clearance from our General Anaesthetic team you will be able to go home.
On the day of surgery, you will receive temporary 3D printed teeth, and the following day, your All-On-4 Plus® bridges will be seamlessly inserted, providing natural-looking implants that feel and function like your own.

Patients who lack adequate bone volume or have health conditions that render conventional bone grafting/implant surgery too hazardous, may be able to proceed with an All-On-4 Plus® dental implant.

General anaesthetic and intravenous sedation are available. With general anaesthetic, you’ll be sleeping during the entire procedure. Intravenous sedation places you in a relaxed but conscious state. We strive to keep the treatment as pain-free as possible.

All-On-4 Plus® devices are easy to keep clean with regular brushing and special flossing tools. All-On-4 Plus® can also help prevent further jawbone deterioration .
Our Kew Dentistry dentists offer All-On-4 Plus®, which allows for additional procedures such as bone grafting, soft tissue repositioning, additional implants and more. We aim to satisfy your needs in comfort, function and aesthetics.
All-On-4 Plus® costs approx. AUD 48,000 (AUD 25,000 for the first arch – and 23,000 for the subsequent arch). The All-On-4 Plus® implant cost is approximate as all patient’s treatments are unique.
The difference between All-On-4 Plus® implants and dentures comes down to the fixed nature of the All-On-4 Plus® procedure. All-On-4 Plus® Implants are placed via 4 connections drilled into the jawbone for reinforced stability. Dentures may be removed at any given time.
The procedure itself takes 4 – 5 hours, but it may vary, depending on the severity of the patient’s specific requirements.
